Hello, I made an purchase from Rsgoldfound.
I saw the thread from (Bus369), From sythe.

After i made the purchase right after their live chat told me they ran out of stock and i should check back again in a couple of hours and i did check in after some hours. but when i did they told me that the first one who comes to the site with their order will get paid. so i got told to check in every other while. and i did that, and suddenly the live customer service tells me he wont come to the live support for me anymore? and that because i want my gp, I mean seriously i spend money for something that should be there. And they dont even update their stocks on their website how will we know when their out of stocks or not, i mean seriously its like a trap! here are some screenshots of the livesupport.
They also made make a ticket, and i did that also and they said restocked but the livesupport kept denying that it got restocked.

I made an purchase of 50$.
But the thing was they told me something each time as you see from after ticket convo that says i should check in, but then afterwards they get mad and reject me ?

Please tell me when you have paid the customer.
@Rezan Sometimes sites get backed up, doesn't mean theyre scamming, although it truly sucks to wait.

 

I mean they tell me to come and check for updates, then they reject me. I mean how bad of customer service is this ? They aren't giving me gp for free, i have paid for it with money i have worked for. Maybe 50$ isnt much but i think everything should be taken seriously. Because not everyone in the world is rich and can afford to loose money.
