So I mmed a trade (RS acc for RS acc) and Garland1 changed pass at last second

Here is a pic of the acc he had (Which he changed pass to)


He scammed an account with around 30M 99FM and 97 woodcut or so

What happened:
Ben and garland talked about the trade
they added me told me they wanted to do RS account swap
Apparently Garland1 thought that bens account was a skiller
they gave info to me
i gave info to them but garland was able to change pass before ben could.
I think garland changed pass because he didnt know it wasnt a skiller and therefore was dismayed to find it was not a skiller
Thankfuly Ben was able to recover his account.

I think it is reasonable to drop all charges now because everyone is back to where they were. If mods/admins wish to press charges against garland I will also support that. I think rather than banning him he should be given a trade with caution rank.
