    High Blood Pressure
    Alright so I'm 14 years old. I had a slight headache in the car so I told me mom. We decided to stop at cvs to get my blood pressure on those free machines. It read 150/80. Which is incredibly high. Then we went to a different store and it read 120/80. What could have caused this dramatic increase? Is this bad? Should I see a doctor?

    multiple things could be the cause. anxiety, adrenaline disorder, tumor on adrenal glands or other, stress, etc. It is best to consult your doctor. good luck.

    Yo.. get yo ass on a treadmill or somethin cuz the way yo fat ass be gettin, yo ass aint gon survive another hamburger. jk...

    You gotta exercise! If lower your bp is your goal, then I highly suggest jogging.

    Funny thing is, I am perfectly fit. I'm not even overweight. I go to swimming practices daily and keep myself in shape.

    You were probably just nervous the first time.

    We did this in bio class and everyone's first reading was higher than their subsequent reading.

    It's fine I wouldn't worry about it. I have high blood pressure too. Idk why.
