Briefly explain the trade: He was at work when i purchased 30m from him, i went first 50/50 (mistake on my part) and he gave me access to his account to transfer it myself.
How they scammed: There was no money on the account, he claimed his brother took it off. He initially submitted a refund but after about 2 weeks time the refund was denied by his bank.

$15 isnt that big of a deal for me so i dont care about losing it, just the fact that this kid is a huge waste of my time.
