    MoneyPak HELP

    Why is it that my PayPal always ask to send a refund check to me when I try to redeem a MoneyPak for someone?

    This happens every time and gets quite annoying. Is there any way to fix that?

    My account says 100% where my name is on PayPal when I login.


    (This can be moved to whatever section mods deem it to)

    In addition, if I input the pak code and go to next page where it says "Input info for refund...blah blah blah." and it has my info all in there already just from my saved information but I don't press continue, will it automatically refund to me or will it still just stay as a a non refunded moneypak card?

    MoneyPak HELP

    I've attempted multiple calls to PayPal and Greendot, neither helped me with the same situation you are in. Creating a new PayPal does not help either, and just causes hassle down the road. As far as I know there is nothing you can do, unless you use someone else's identity (family member, friend etc).

    It's not possible to fix this sadly, Called them numerous times and tried every way possible to fix it.

    The only way is to use someone else identity.. as stated above.

    it will stay as a nonrefunded moneypak card, i'm pretty sure.
