I'm Xbox Maniac 4 life!!! All Mods / Admins please read!

For some reason Nathan thought since i posted a suggestion,
i knew too much about the site.... then he looks up my ip address,
finds my brothers old accounts and banned me for it... Why??? i think
that i should be unbanned, i didn't do anything against the rules. So while
im trying to explain myself on msn, right in the middle he blocks me and that
was that, i think nathan needs to look again!

Now, i know that i have created another account, but this one is mine, and i will take full responsibility of this account by being ip banned, i just wanna see Nathan to either be lowered in rank, or that he stop abusing his powers as a mod, just like that one guy said in the dispute forum, i think that the only reason he Banned me is because he wouldn't let me explain my self by telling him that those were my brothers accounts, he blocked me on msn before i got that last paragraph entered,

as i said before i know i am going to be ip banned, but i request that Nathan stops abusing his Mod ability, or to be lowered to a regular member or somthing!

Also as i said, that i wanted all Mods and Admins to look, well if you did i really apreciate it! ^_^

Well, of course you're going to take full responsibility. You've created one Account, and failed to follow the rules, and now you've done the same in creating another.

When creating your Sythe.org Account, you agree to Sythe's Terms & Conditions. I'm sorry, did you miss this one?

The fact is that you know you're supposed to post only in the Dispute Forum for such a thing, and you aren't supposed to make multiple Disputes either. The Help & Requests Forum is not the correct location for this Query.

If you want to post a Dispute, you can do it without another Account obviously, because it lets you Post / Reply by your IP Address, I believe.

That's a laugh as well. You are obviously just wanting this rank removed because you are venting in not following the rules. What was the initial reasoning in making an Account on Sythe, without telling the Staff that your brother had been IP Banned before, so that it could be investigated and resolved ahead of time?

Nathan' simply took the action that he felt is was necessary, which is not abusing power. If he was abusing power, then he'd simply delete every single post that you would make in the Dispute Forum, which I'm sure is against the rules if it is not Advertising, Warez, Porn, etc.

Only be angry at yourself. You brought this upon yourself. The Dispute Forum is the correct place for such a Query, and I'm sure will be acted upon accordingly.

I was informed that I am allowed to make such "Backseat Moderating" posts, or whatever you may call this, in my section only. This is the User Education section, and I'm simply trying to help this person out by contradicting such flaws, and redirecting them to the correct destination.
