Was permanently muted for "Website Advertising Severe"

First, sorry for my grammar, i'm not english but I think this thread will be helpful to those who got falsely banned/muted:

So yeah about a month ago, I was permanently muted in 07 for "Website Advertising Severe". The truth is that I was just spamming "Buying Black Armour" with an auto-talker (Gary's Hood Autotalker).

Tried to appeal it yesterday: Admitted that I was using a Auto-talker (even said the name of it). Told them that I clearly deservesa punition and that a perm. muted wasn't appropriate for what I did (especially when I was not advertising websites).

And you know what ? It worked like a charm. They unmuted me in less than 24h ---> http://nsa34.casimages.com/img/2013/07/16/130716025838822565.png

They really took the time to read the HUGE text i've wrote. If you were muted for the same reason than me, don't hesitate to appeal, be completely honest, and try to put as much text as you can (so they will take it seriously).

I honestly never thought they were paying attention to appeals. If someone need help to appeal a ban/mute, PM me and i'll try to help

Often the auto-mute system catches people out for certain key phrases. This goes for gambling, offensive language and advertising.

Try it, say "h/c x2" in-game and you'll be auto-muted.

If the system has made a mistake, the mute will be quashed.

 

agree with poster above, ive been muted from saying words in random sequences that they consider to be "spam" its later quashed and the account is all good to go gratz tho
