Does Paypal C&C still work?

Yes you can still claim and cancel and they wont be able to claim again, however paypal is very risky and payments can still be reversed through unauthorized claims.

 

The guy that I am trading with said that it wouldn't allow him to. Any ideas why?

 

Hmm, I thought it worked with Bank Funded Paypal accounts?

To me CC doesn't work, I seem to be getting cheated by people doing CC then filing an unauthorized claim.

 

Fair enough to me. I noticed that you're an experienced salesman on Sythe, so I'll believe that answer; and Tyro is a very well educated person, he seems to know a lot as well.

I'll just have to use an MM to make it all work. It may take longer, but it's worth it not to get scammed.
