Scam Report: Dice Better

Briefly explain the trade: I agreed to sell him 170M for $100 through GoogleCheckout.

How they scammed: He used a prepaid credit card to fund the payment, I didn't realize that the payment hadn't yet been authorized and delivered the rsgp. The payment was declined (they required other credit card info) and I informed him through Skype, as well as through Sythe pm. First he said that he didn't get the email from Checkout to inform him about it. After I provided the screenshot, he failed to respond to my pm's.
