Well bought accounts are always cheaper, and also always recoverable.

You're evidently looking to have the security of it being your own account, yet looking to pay less than just buying one.
The two don't come together like that, unfortunately.

 

hmmm, I have already offered cheap prices so its all good and I agree with your point however if you buy off someone who has sold thousands of accounts chances of recovery are low yet still there prices would be cheaper than yours
