why cant you just kill the person carrying money in bounty hunter?

Because BH only takes place in certain worlds. Also, when you kill someone, you cant leave for 3 minutes. It makes it extremely dangerous.

what about all of those other ppl in bounty hunter area. besides, going into a lvl 3 cave, with ppl up to lvl 55, u'll die instantly(if rwt is using lvl 3 mule, if not, how will the buyer get his goods if he can't kill him? this also forces the buyer to have an account the same level range as the seller- very unlikely)
