ThaSeller scammed me for 110m

Hey =(
Just got scammed for fucking 110m by the user "ThaSeller".
He claimed to have a runescape account with 6 - 99s. Added him on msn.
We talked, then he logged into runescape with his account. I asked him on
msn if he is the guy trading me and saying "you know who i am". He said "yh".
I gave him the money, then suddently he logged out of runescape and msn, after 10 minutes he came back and told me "dc". He didnt gave me the account
with the reason: "I didnt pay him".

Proof nr. 1:
I sent him a message after he scammed me: "Why did you go offline in msn".
He replied "What? We didnt had a deal". How the fuck did he know that we had a deal? I could have just chatted with him or anything else.

Proof nr. 2:
I told him to log into his account again. A few seconds ago he said that he doesnt know any user starting with "B****45" (I forgot the name). He said his accs are : beaky47 , ... etc. So he logged in again, and i told him on msn that i will face him because i knew where he logged out.

(Im the guy with the flaming skull, beaky47 (ThaSeller) is the one with this poor stuff like the blue/white training shield)

So this was the proof that i knew who he was, how should i know where he would stay?

If you want i can even show proof that i had the gold. (Bought it on poorme.de, there is a history of items i have bought.

I hope that he gets banned, really...

Maybe you can ask him to give us the msn chat.
If he isnt a scammer he should give us.
He wont give me msn chat because he dont wants to
get banned.

Is there any way to see the chat from last login?

 

There's nothing we can do then unless you get the chat from him.
