Reporting White Lightning

Not sure if this counts as scamming, but I wanted to make this known before anything happens. He wanted to sell me 43m of junk so we get ready and he tries to send but says his pp is limited, so he wants me to go on his paypal for whatever reason, then he starts accusing me of going on his runescape account and changing the password. I assure you none of this happened.

I'm posting the conversation and taking preemptive action in case he tries to post some kind of edited version of our conversation to try to accuse me of scamming him.
