    Florida driving laws

So I was tediously reading the Florida Driver's Handbook and I came across something that left me rather appalled.

"Your license may be REVOKED if you are found guilty of, or department records show:
    ...
-An immoral act in which a motor vehicle was used."

Normally nothing gets through while I'm looking at the words in order in this book but the word "immoral" caught my attention. And I began thinking: how can the state put such a thing? Can we really be penalized by means of such an ambiguous law? So I looked this law up and came across this article: http://www.nhtsa.gov/people/injury/research/pub/alcohol-laws/eval-of-law/page1.html here's an excerpt
The state has no right to attempt to use their ambiguous social standards as moral codes in a law.

Discuss the article or general thoughts on the article or quote?

There are many of these clauses in almost everything.

    Take Sythe for example.

An Admin has a right to ban you for any reason.
Just as the state of Florida has a right to revoke your license for 'immoral' behaviour.

It's just a way of saying it's yours but we can take it back when we want.

I know in some states if you are caught with drugs, they can take your car and license away. I don't know the extent of it legally though.
