Explanation : They claim to give you 100% blockchain rate. This implies amount sent not amount received as I guarantee if BTC price went up by 20% they wouldn't give you it. He even wrote "44.56$" really disgusting and lying shit. Not like I can ask for refund after it's in their wallet and unethical tactics.

I know nothing will come of it since they give you 300$ donation and you don't give a fuck about me, but at least change their terms and put a disclaimer if they do some weird ass shit

We have paid you %100 Blockchain rates when we have had 1 confirmation.

Recently people trying to send with low fee's and price is not stable so we accept it at 1 confirmation. However i'm willing to cover your loss this time leave me your paypal in this thread.

Technically you don't receive the bitcoins until you get 1-3 confirmation depending on your wallet.You can't spend, you can't send until you receive 1-3 confirmation.
