How does this glitch effect look.

Took me a while to create using photoshop

 

Dont like it at all tbh, Room for improvement.

 

Not keen pal if it was animated and moved slowly id like it. Don't go over the top and make it crazy if you animate it.

 

For glitch you want something like this:
Tentacle effect.

 

All you've done is blurred it and made it look like its glitched. Not much more impressive than me.

 

It looks good but only the bottom half of the letters have the effect.

 

Hurts my eyes. Don't really wanna look at it for more than a split second. Otherwise looks pretty cool.
