paypal limited account?

account just got limited.. help..

all I did was recieve payment of $30 from guy who sold an acc too then i sent some pennies to my other acc and logged in to see if i got them.. then fake dispute to see if it would work.. then closed dispute and then I sent a penny again to see if it would work.. now both accs are limited.. how to remove limit? it says that I need to fill out a checklist of stuff, except I can't find the checklist that they're talking about.

Ok I have to make this big for emphasis. I used a FAKE NAME, a FAKE ADDRESS (well it was my old house but moved 10 years ago), and FAKE info pretty much. No card/bank linked to the account. Now I got this email saying what to do.. except.. IT'S NOT THERE. I'm afraid to call them. Help.

 

Go to the Dispute Resolution Centre and it will tell you what you need to submit.

it's not perm, they sent me an email on how to dispute or whatever, but it makes no sense.
