I don't know of any way to REGULARLY make a million per hour with 25 million (it might happen once in a great while if you get lucky), unless you have very high combat levels and equipment.

I could show you a way to make 1 million a DAY with 25 million, and you'd only work about an hour total, but that probably isn't what you want.

 

Nah not really, and a lot of ppl here have guides to make 1m an hour with way less than 25M.
