    Hate to have to bring it to a post, but there's really nobody else that can help but Matt.

    I paid twice, because the first time it didn't work and I cbf to open PP and see if it had charged. Second time it still didn't work.

    But it should get something noticed? I know he's been around for awhile, but that's not how staff works. I respect everything he's done, but no activity shouldn't keep you as the 2nd head spot on a huge forum.

    Hi, sorry for the delays, I've been quite consumed with work and family visiting... Not trying to make excuses, that's just what's been going on.

    Blade Bro4-
    I've looked into this and it looks like your PayPal transactions got processed incorrectly. I see both payments and I see two SytheVerified records. I cleared out one of the SytheVerified records. When you go to the SVU page, it should say that you've paid and need to verify your phone. It'll ask for a phone number and then send you a pin. It probably wouldn't do that while you had two SVU records since that's not supposed to happen. Give it a try and let me know what happens. As for your second $5 payment... I've converted it to a donation for you.
