Two Accounts Possibly?

I copied my old format from my last thread that I reported on that I suspected had two accounts. Also, I used this because there isn't a specific TWC format. (This and the other thread have the same names. Couldn't come up with a better title..)

Reason:
ujbaloch stated that he was selling steam gifts today. From where I am, he posted it at 7:49 AM. Four minutes later, a newcomer named DTM posted on his thread vouching him positively. That was his FIRST post and he registered today. No signs of anything. I saw it earlier today but I didn't do anything because I was on Mobile. Now, I'm on my desktop so I'm taking it into my matters. This seems very sketchy so I decided to report it.

Now, as you can see, ujbaloch made that thread today. Four minutes later, DTM reps him positively with only one post (which is when he vouched ujbaloch) I would go into more details with a staff member if needed in a PM. But as for now, review this thread carefully!

 

Surprisingly not related IP-wise. One from Jordan and the other from Australia.

If IP's didn't match, then he probably contacted a friend and just got him to vouch (Not sure). I am still working on getting proof for this report so it might take some time but, when you do a trade and it went well, wouldn't the buyer leave like a positive feedback? Example:

But, this person just randomly dropped a vouch just 3 minutes later after the thread was later. To me, it took me somewhere around 3-4 minutes just to make a Sythe account when I first registered. An extra few minutes to contact the seller and discuss the trade, etc. But, this guy just posts a vouch as so:





EDIT: Incase you haven't noticed, it's like he is making threads every single day desperately trying to get people to "buy" his accounts/gifts. I also had the decency to go through his profile (View all threads) and find some threads that didn't even have pictures. Only some did but, the most recent ones, he hasn't provided any proof of the account what-so-ever.

As I remember correctly, in the Steam Related Rules, Superman states that: "Before you are able to sell a steam account, you have to post pictures of its Steam ID, email/VAC status and games."

To me, it also looks like he didn't read the Sales Rules. It's there for a reason.
