I don't go first - ever, anymore. I lost about 40m to two different scammers and haven't gone first without Ian OMM since. This includes the other upgrades that I sold. Two of the people I sold to went first, without a hitch and the third got a MM that I knew who is also a mod, and that went smoothly.

I have had impostures before.. Did you deal with the wrong person? That's always a possibility.
