Looking for programmer!

Hey! I'm currently up to programmer who could build this pretty simple program for me. In nutshell the program is all about clicking 4 to 20 different locations (locations are customable for user) in certain amount of time between the clicks. In the program there is 3 different variables, and i have already done the math part of this project.
My own knowledge of programming is pretty narrow, all the things I have programmed has happened in programming course of college. So yea.. In the course we programmed many kind of games, easy main menu's and basic things like that.
I'm excited to show all the material about this program to someone who actually knows how to code programs like this.
