Help me perfect this logo design

Tell me which one you prefer; I have left some feedback I received from friends on the image but I need more so i can improve it.

What I'm looking for feedback on
- The detail
- The features
- What can & needs improving
- Anything to add
- shaping

not worried about text right now FYI, will do that in v4 or 5 possibly.

Made the eyes narrower. added more detail to all of them; any better?

 

1 and 3 are my favorite, I think 3 would take the lead if the eye was more menacing. Perhaps raise the brow a bit and give it more of a slant so it looks angry. And I think adding the jaw in the mouth might help. It changes perspective from the body to the head.

Looks pretty nice Curious to see how it looks with text.

 

ughhh idk if snakes have eyebrows but i can defo try adding one in!! i dont know what you mean about the jaw, do you mean the bottom teeth?

 

I dont mean give him an eyebrow, I mean raise the area above his eye so it looks like his eye is more open. Might help.

And for the jaw, you see on #1 how you can see both sides of his mouth? It might help if you did that on #3. And now that I think of it- I think the triangle shape of the mouth on #3 could possibly use revision- if youre trying to make him look like hes bearing his fangs; it almost looks like hes smiling.
Maybe something like this but done with more care-

 

idk about the whole jaw thing cus it is a side view, idk if it will look good but the eye defo ill do what you said
