Any good guides on Agility or Thieving?

Hey guys, so I'm looking to raise my agility from 1-40 (possibly 60), and thieving from 30-60.

What tips + advice + guides can you guys lead me to?

Looking for efficiency, I want to get my stats ready for Abyss rcing as fast as possible.

It's been a LONG time since I trained these skills, even in EoC...so I need some advice on what to do.

 

For agility do gnome course from 1-10, then transition to rooftops. At level 10 you can start at draynor. Work your way up to the next rooftop course which is Al-kharid, then varrock til 35. Do barbarian assault course til level 50. You then want to go back to rooftops at falador til you reach 52, then go do wilderness course til 60.

For thieving just do pyramid plunder. Won't take you long at all.

And yeah Thieving has been pretty painless, Agility was the one I was concerned about. Rooftops might add some intrigue to it, though I've never done it. Saw the update for it though.

 

Yeah agility is very annoying. Even with my patience it wasn't something I could do straight. I had to break up the levels daily, I started doing that after level 45. Rooftops give you marks of grace that will allow you to get weight reducing gear by trading them in. It's very beneficial.
