I used to be a rank in Dragon Dyce.

Paid 200M+ to get in and 166.6M+ to upgrade to a 2-bar.

I was deranked today without being provided any explanation as to why I was deranked.

Buy-in plus upgrade fee, I wish to be refunded as I never scammed and the owner has neglected my messages. He essentially jumped the gun and banned me. I followed each rule posted in his discord.

is there anyway to place a TWC or DNT for now? It seems to be an issue where ranks are being deranked and removed w/o any explanation after buying in etc.

 

wrong, ranks aren't getting de ranked for no reason, 2 ranks happened to break rules and do shady things in the same week and both got deranked, 1st one was twistedfatez i won that dispute he was 100% wrong, and in this case i have 20 screenshots of proof against you, if u want everyone to see what kind of a person u are np ill post them, ill only post them once i have to, to not expose the source of the proof i have.

 

Due to recent disputes. I'd like to say as well that KO needs no reason to derank you. You are allowed to take someone's money for a rank and then demote / ban them for no good reason. Looks like he does, but even if he didn't he would be well within his rights to ban you.

he opened his own gambling discord, was luring my bettors, he told people not to let me find out, i got all the proof, many many screenshots, i dont fire ranks without 100% proof they are doing shady things. I run a legit business, i dont have time for shady ranks.

 

screenshots above im sure are for gambling discord bots, and i have proof of him trying to hide it from me, and he has some of my members in his discord, and i have proof he was hiding it from me. He knows what he did, he knows why i deranked him, thats it

This screenshot shows him saying 'everytime your in here my heart drops' that is because the person he's speaking about also hangs out in my discord, and he gets scared im going to find out what he is doing.

This is all incorrect.

I have my own clan 420 Lounge. It's a stoner community. I do tell members of my community that it is not a gambling Clan Chat, it's even announced on my opening page! Overall I did offer a safe way of betting should members of my community wish to partake in such activities, it would be safe within 420 Lounge, something I can assure is safe and legit. Provided below is the bot used for any gambling that has taken place in 420 Lounge.

Overall, I ran a separate community from Dragon Dyce and never made any reference to Dragondyce. I also haven't taken anyone from Dragondyce! If anything, I brought close friends, high ranks in my community TO Dragondyce. Myself and members of my community 420 Lounge have nothing to hide.

What happened in my discord with another member getting ranked was cause he was actually stealing members from my community to only benefit his own. I deranked him in which i actually consult my other high ranks and value their opinion, in a ruling he was voted out because he was only in my clan to steal content and members of my community.

I never scammed and kept everything legit. I run a stoner community, not a gambling one. I tried to keep it this way with out it conflicting with my job at dragon dyce. No where on rules in dragondyce does it say you cannot own a clan or etc. The small gambling that occur in my clan chat is so minuscule to Dragon Dyce. I did not want me owning a CC jeopardize my work at DragonDyce. KO is welcome to contact each person that goes to dragon dyce and see if I got them from ddyce, or I brought them to ddyce.

and theres people that hangout/hungout in your discord who heard you say you tried to mask your discord and a stoner hangout but it was gambling as the screenshots show, anyways goodluck with your gambling clan mate.

Not justified. Nothing in your discord says we cannot own a CC. I did not reference dragondyce at all in my cc. Kept the two separate for a reason. Job and my community shouldn't mix.

 

This is unresolved. I did not scam, nor lure/steal people from dragondyce. If anything i brought members of my community to Dragondyce. I would ULTIMATELY hope to return to the rank I purchased. If this isn't possible, a refund of my rank/upgrade would suffice. Providing a job and having people buy in for that job and for you to derank for any petty reason without concrete proof or any rule breaking, is unreasonable and you're just ripping off people this way.

 

you were gambling, you were hiding it, and you had some of my customers in your clan, anyways i dont want to respond to this anymore, you were caught and i fired you, have a good one man.
