Suggestions for making a F2P Strength Pure

Here are my current stats:
Attack: 10
Strength: 25
Defence: 10

I will be getting
Attack: 40
Strength: 75+

What is the best setup for defence as a strength pure. 1 def is out of the picture. Should I stay at 10 defence or move up to like 20 or 30.
If so, what is the best equipment setup for the above defence levels?
Keep in mind, this is F2P only.

 

Well, I would say to get def to 20, at the max. Remember, the higher your combat level, the more likely you'll be asked to no arm(fight with no armour)so don't waste your time getting 30-40 def or whatever, just mainly focus on attack and strength. Also if you get to like lvl 55 combat, try training prayer a little for an extra boost.
