Scammer Report- ShootinnStar - Worker @Eydan Andres

Explanation of trade- Needed 63-68 mining. Quickly left 8.275m for him on my account yesterday morning. Order wasn't officially started until around 1-2pm today. Time may not be exact, but all times are accurately depicted in the imgur links I left here
How they scammed- He(@Eydan Andres) went to sleep and logged out at approximately 1-2AM EST today 2-13-2020. I was told I could log back in by @GodSpawn in the discord chat. So, I logged in and did brutal blacks for a couple hours to make some money back. Had my DHCB equipped along with ancient d hide and imbued archers ring. I AFK logged around 3:20 and logged back in 3:35 to assure my Dragon Hunters Crossbow was put inside my bank along with my archers ring and ancient hide. I logged in again to assure he had nothing to take when he logged back in when he woke up. Immediately once i logged in, I noticed he put my account in the GE and sold my dhcb and all my armor and traded it to another account.
Luckily, I took pics of my bank before this transaction and immediately afterward.

Total loss- Around 111m.

Please let me know if anything is needed. I know I made a mistake by logging in temporarily to do brutal blacks but this inexcusable. 110m is my entire bank, and I was given permission to log onto the account by @GodSpawn in the server. I would NOT have accessed the account if I wasn't given permission.

 

I'm a worker for Rufai (ShootinnStar)
ShootinnStar is currently asleep and will wake in a few hours.
I can confirm everything that has happened thus far, the people that had access to the account were ShootinnStar and Eydan Andres (Eydan Andres is his Discord name, not sure of Sythe name.)
The buyer (Jay simm14) had a bank pin on the account while the service was being done, we were only provided with a skills necklace to teleport to the mining guild to complete the service of 63-68 mining, and a rune pickaxe to of course train the skill up. The worker had gone to sleep for the day, so we allowed the buyer to log into the account and play on it while the service was not being done.
I will try my best to provide any and all information and support I can for the Sythe admins to perform and investigation until the owner Rufai wakes up.
I can provide a transcript of the whole chat to any Sythe administrators, but I do not wish to publicly post it as it contains the users account information.

Edit: The worker in question also had access to another persons account to complete a questing service. I am trying to get into contact with that buyer to see if anythings happened to his account, but he is currently away.

 

Update: I've gotten into contact with the other customer who's account Eydan Andres had access to, it appears to be fine with no wealth removed, although the promised service was not completed.

 

Just woke up and heard about this, this all sounds very vague to me. If he really stole the 100M why not clear the other account aswell? He broke both of my TOS rules:

Dont login during the service

Dont put any wealth on it while a service is still being done.


This all sounds very suspicious to me, and yes my worker did tell him he was fine to log in, but i never did and he shouldnt have listened to it and risked 100m for it.


My theory:


So Jay in our Tos it clearly states that your not allowed to log in during the service and also your not allowed to have any wealth on your account during the service, you broke both of them.

Secondly Eydan had access to another account when this happened, nothing got stolen there. My theory is that you went online after Eydan went offline and decided to put on your gear and say “going brutal black dragons” And act like your account got stolen


i’d have no problems of giving back his wealth but, i want to see the opinions of the Sythe staff first. If they would like any screenshot i’d be happy to provide it for them.

Just please dont judge too quickly

So @Rufai you don't know that your worker who you hired is outsourcing all his work to other Venezuelans?

You should be held responsible for that for hiring him.

 

Thank you for your input, I appreciate it more than you know. Apparently the owner of the discord is accusing of ke of lying when at the same time the guy actually hired somebody(Eydan Andres) who had been temp banned from Sythe and has a history of shadey activity. I may be newer but I have zero shadey history here in my dealings with @Alch and @brawly quest services can vouche for me as well.

 

I've given all the evidence I could possibly get for a case like this. Thank GOD I took a picture of my bank 24-30 hours before when the transaction began. I'll be happy to provide anymore pics or evidence to the Sythe moderators. I've got sympathy for what the people are dealing with in Venezuela. I would not lie to ruin someones life or death there. This is just something I can not ignore being that it was my entire bank.

Yes, I logged in to do brutal blacks but I was clearly given permission by an employee of your discord to do so or I absolutely would NOT have done that. I only AFK logged for 10 minutes when I was hacked. That's all it took having that stuff on me.

Also with Eydan Andres contracting work out to other Venezuelans like the accuser above states- who's to say someone else he gave my acc info didnt take these items? I just want Eydan to be held responsible for this and to receive my items back at the very least. I've never scammed anyone on Sythe.

The first time i heard he scammed and took the items was when you put on gear on it for the sake of scamming it all sounded very shady to me. I knew he had a tempban but it was for self vouching which has nothing to do with scamming,

second i never knew he outsources to other Venezuelans. Just heard this.

Third, why did you even put a crossbow of 100M on your account? It states in the tos not to put any money on your account yet you still did. Yeah my worker allowed you to go on the account but he never said that you could get a expensive on the account.

Fourth, He had 2 orders if he did scam he would have taken the other customers bank aswell which he did not do

like i said, if im proven wrong i have no problem with paying for the amount lost.

Hi there. Last night around 1 to 2am, I checked on the status of my order. @godspawn, an employee on your server, told me that he was asleep and that I could log onto my account temporarily. I got permission before doing that, or I wouldnt have done it. I AFK logged while he was "asleep" for only about 10 minutes with my brutal black gear on(dhcb, fill ancient hide ammy of fury, and archers ring imbued which he disabled the imbue and sold it), came back 5 to 10 mins after afk logging and my character was now at the G.E with everything missing

Also, @Eydan Andres tried to guess my pin so many times that I was locked out of it when I logged back in, and he disabled my pin which I had to enable again.

Very shadey. Look at the pictures of my discord chat- Your employee gave me permission to log in temporarily"i dont see why it'd be an issue"

 

I was using an expensive item because I assumed Eydan wasnt going to be logging into my account any time soon. That's what I was told. Apparently he wasn't asleep obviously.

I don't make up things- I wouldn't sit and screenie and crop 49 different images among other things to get the evidence together for this if I wasnt infuriated that I've been robbed for 111m.

 

I'm the discord user GodSpawn who gave you permission to log into the account. Note that although I did give you permission to log into the account, the terms stated in the TOS which you're required to read before opening a ticket state:
5. Always bank your valuable items to another account, this ensures maximum security!

I did give you permission to log into the account, but why did you have 110M on the account? In our terms it requires you to shift wealth over to another account.

I got a anonymous message from someone telling me this:

Jay Simm said that my worker had sold all his armor (DHCB worth 110m) and transferred that GP to another account.


My question is, how would this be possible? You never gave us your pin. If i want to acces the GE i'd have to fill in the pin first that we never gave, you cant just magically hack the PIN system on Runescape, this is why i found this so vague. After the person told me this i think this is what he has been trying to do



Plan:

So, i think he was legit, he came to my server to buy a service from us. Paid for it etc etc, he then asked one of my workers if it would be ok to log on the account and play on it for a little bit. Which he was granted, i think what happened after this is he thought about setting something up where he could give my worker the fault. I think that his plan was to be allowed to log in on the account, put a expensive item on it and act like one of my workers stole it. Good plan but, didn't work out so well (I hope so anyways)


See, why would my worker steal a DHCB on your account and not clear the bank on the other customers account? I think he saw an opportunity here and decided to go for it since 110M is alot. So yes, in this case I am calling him a scammer and setting up a fake story in order to get us to pay for the 110M


Lets say i am wrong, lets say my worker did scam him and take his GP, fair enough i'll refund whatever is needed BUT, one thing thats still there is him putting a unnecessary amount of GP on the account when in the TOS it clearly states that your not allowed to put any GP on the account. Yet he still did it, i think this proves my point even more about him setting up a plan and planning all of this. I'm sorry if im wrong, but his bold claim doesn't add up at all.



And yes, i heard about Eydan and his story on Sythe, i knew that he was temp banned but the reason for it was that he was self vouching. Fair enough, stupid thing to do but it happened. He told me that he would get unbanned in 3 days, so if he contacted me 3 days later it would have been like nothing had happened. I wanted to give him a second chance and see what he could do as a worker, this is the reason why i still decided to hire him.
