Terms of Service that was agreed to: wasnt TOS , right after i bought the account he deleted his thread right away.

Explanation of the trade:

i added tweeter about buying his MAXED account for 1700$. USDT through BINANCE.
after both of us accepted the deal , ive transferred 1700$ (and binance toke 75$ fee)
tweeter was mad why 1625 instead of 1700$ but at the end he accepted that.
anyway.
on his thread he wrote thats the account has UNIQE name !
and on the discord he accepted to give me all account details after the deal. (look picture down)
so ive sent him the money through binance and he gave me the account.
after he gave me the account , the account name was absoultly not UNIQE and i went to the runescape page and i check that has changed it couple day's ago.
second thing ive asked him for the account details and recovery , he said NO to protect the account i wont give u the account details.
then right away 1 hour after i bought the account he tried to recover the account and the account got locked (i will post every proof down there)
i asked him why did runescape sent me reset password to my email ?
he said im trying to recover the UNIQE account name (there's no something like that)
then the account got locked after 1 hour of that recover thing , i managed to reset password and unlock the account.
i was absolutely afraid because i smell squishy thing going on :
1.we agree thats he will give me the account details (recover) and he DIDNT.
2.he changed the UNIQE account name to save it for him
3.he tried to recover ----> and he said he trying to help me to get the account name back ...!!!!
4.the account got locked he said I.P change (maybe!)

so after all that i was really afraid and today i wanted to do something to FAKE him and let him think thats the account is permanent banned so he will think thats the account permanent banned and thats it he will forgot it ,
so YES i lied to him and i fake couple of thing's and i sent him picture saying thats the account got BANNED oh my god wtf ..... bla bla bla
BUT I DIDNT ASKED FOR HIS HELP , ITS MY ACCOUNT I CAN TELL HIM WHAT EVER I WANT !
AND AGAIN I LIED+FAKE IT SO I HE WILL THINK THATS THE ACCOUNT PERMANENT BANNED !
WHY ? BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID OF HIS THING THATS HAPPENED IN THE FIRST DAY WHEN I BOUGHT THE ACCOUNT!
** THE ACCOUNT ISNT BANNED** AND DIDNT GOT BANNED AT ALL **

so when i told him thats the account got permanent banned , (again i didnt asked him to help me at all , i told him ive botted on the account its my fault)
he told me : give me the account i will check what i can do !
i told him : NO its okay , its my account i dont need u to help me.

after 1 hour exactly of our conversation the account GOT LOCKED again , but i couldnt recovery because jagex asked to UNLOCK IT manually ! so he managed to unlock the account , and the account in his hand's right now.

another thing !
on his thread wasnt T.O.S and after he removed the post here on the site,
he sent me the T.O.S after we made the deal between us.

anyway ....
we talked today through DISCRD phone call ,
and i explain to him thats i lied to him about the account BANNED because i was afraid
and its my right to lie , its MY ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW and i have the right to lie or not to lie.
because i didnt asked him for a help even , he cant say why i lied to him !
i have another proof thats the account got locked again + manually recover !

absolutely not an comfortable person , while we talked today , he said to me YOU LIED TO ME saying the account got permanent ban

i lied to him about the account is perm banned , because i was really afraid because he was so squishy with me since i bought the account .... he changed the acc uniqe name and then he lied about giving account details and then acc got locked all that happened in 1-2 hour's

very important thing when i asked for the RECOVERY DETIALS before i paid him , he said : YES
after we made the deal and asked for the acc recovery details he said NO + HE DELETED IN THE SAME MINUTE THE ACCOUNT SELLING POST ON HIS THREAD LOOK AT THE TIME :

(so what he did exactly) : he said YES he will give me the account details and recovery details "BEFORE" ive paid and bought the account , and then AFTER i bought the account and paid for him , he said NO and "then" he sent me the T.O.S since he had no T.O.S on his thread and "then" in the same exactly time 3:30PM on discord he deleted his thread on sythe 3:30PM as well so no evidence will be !





I DONT WANT THE ACCOUNT I PAID 1625$ NOT TO BE AFRAID AND THE ACCOUNT GETTING 2 TIME LOCKED.

then after 1 hour the account got LOCKED again , but manually locked I COULDNT RECOVER IT.

look on this pictures 100% lier , he was trying to convince me that its possible to recover the account name through recover process , when i asked him how and show me etc... look he started saying he just wake up and he wasnt focused :

 

so today when i called him through DISCORD , and told him about it thats i lied to him (account banned) , he was mad (tweeter) he said oh u lied to me ohh u broke the sythe rule.....
i told him ofc i lied to you about account banned but there's no problem with that why ?
1.i told him in the chat and (i can proof that) , i said to him yes IVE Botted ON the account
2.i told him i dont need ur help with trying appeal the ban leave the acc for me.
3.i told him , its my account right now i can lie about my account since i didnt asked him for any help !!! or i didnt said TWEETER you guilty !!
i FAKE and LIED thats the account is banned so simple and i wanted to let him know thats the account is banned so he wont recover it SINCE i was afraid after all that happened to me.

look i told him DONT recover and im pretty sure he DID recover even though i said NO DONT !
why im pretty sure , look the video up there thats i uploaded , the account got LOCKED after 1 hour of telling him thats the account is permanent ban (the lie)



+ he did not tell me about previous offenses + he got MUTE is active.
if u read what ive wroted , he done more then 5 illegal thing's

 

I can address this transaction a lot clearer than our friend here.

I sold him an account and I attempted to transfer a rare name to the account for him, unfortunately it got sniped. Over the phone we discussed further action to get him a different RSN. Hence the reason for the accidental recovery request. I was trying to access the "forgot login/email" tab to fill out a manual form to contact Jagex. I never recovered the account.

Threatened me on the Discord call how I would never be able to use the account again, account is now being login spammed.

1.all the scenario about the RARE name is a big lie there's such an recover account name (u said that)
2.i pretend beacuse im afraid of you , after all what u did with me .... and i can pretend its my account there's no break rule since i didnt said ur guilty or ur fault.
3.T.O.S , you did deleted the thread in the same time when i asked for acc recovery details , at the start u agreed to give me the acc details but after i bought the account u said NO, read the T,O,S and T.O.S in your thread got deleted in the same time.
4.LOCKED THE ACCOUNT "NO IDEA HOW" , how possible non original owner lock the acc in the same day he bought the account on it ?
5.the account now under your control i dont have it. IM ASKING FOR 1625$ REFUND.
