Banned?

I come online this morning and I read FireZ reply on the report against me stating no action will be taken.

I also noticied I had recieved my $200 donator.

I was happy.

I then come on about an hour later to find I am banned?

I am not really sure how or why my sythe account was banned due to something my employee handled on skype.

1. I have revoked Simon's position until this is resolved.
2. The only PERSONAL skype that I use is "swiftgold.org"

I know I take responsibility for what my employees do, But you have to see where I am coming from.

I was banned for what I believe was unrightful.

Simon gave me a explanation of what happened and I fowarded to you guys.

From the rules

The person on the Skype admitted to buying gold for your business using stolen credit cards, therefore you're responsible for this as the business owner. You're responsible for all your employees actions, especially in this case as there's no way to tell who is on the Skype at which moment in time.

 

If you read the report I clearly state my emplyees point of view.

I feel because we did not accept oogabooga in livechat he is trying to put everything against us ?

I still don't see how this account is banned for something that happened on a different skype with different people?

 

I see your employees point of view. Why would he need to admit to using stolen CC's and ask for Ooga to assist him in doing so? Why not just delete him?

Regardless, it's a Skype account linked to you, owned by you and used by your workers. You're responsible for both it and your workers. Denied.
