TWC Vader / Possible Ban Evader - JakeThe07Man

Evaded his TWC Multiple times, not sure what is done about him at this point but it seems last time I reported him someone forgot to apply his TWC to Hildandi and Gogata as well.

Not ban evasion, but definitely TwC evasion, for a second offence. Banning all accounts.
