Owned - Disputing Permanent Ban for Alleged Plagiarism

I was given a permanent ban for "evidence of them ripping our site (stickies and other written content) for use on their own website." I'd like to start by apologizing for the lengthy read but in saying that, this seems to be a simple misunderstanding that I can clear the air on below.

I in no capacity ripped, plagiarized, or any other word that would encapsulate the act of stealing Sythe content. Furthermore, aside from having created an account on the game trading platform that TBH recently created because he requested that I do so, I have had ZERO involvement with his website. I made an account and then never looked at it again. TBH is a friend of mine. He spent time on CDT and while he was there, we formed a friendship. We communicate and keep up with each other frequently in discord. He’s been working on a gaming swap website. Aside from replying to a discord message here or there over the past few months where he’s shared excitement about his plans, sent me a picture of the logos he created, etc., I’ve had zero involvement. Last week, he PM'ed me letting me know that he paid someone to make the website for him and that it was live. He said he'd make me an admin if I created an account, so I did. I quite literally created my account and then didn't even look at it again. I'm a nice guy, my intention was simply to support a friend if and where I could. I have no ownership, partnership, or otherwise, in his platform or what he is doing. I have not paid a penny or in any way or capacity been involved with the creation of the platform. I literally was just trying to be a nice friend. I did not, nor have I ever helped him word / write / type / generate, or create anything on his website (no stickies, paragraphs, images, or otherwise). I had no involvement in general with the site's creation or any of its posts. Heck, I never even looked at a single post on his site and still haven't. I solely made an account and received a rank but nothing more was done; this seems like a genuine misunderstanding. I had no clue what he was doing and/or that any Sythe property was plagiarized by TBH until I logged in here yesterday to find that I’ve been permanently banned. Once again, I had zero involvement with his site’s creation or anything he did that broke Sythe’s rules.

I've been on Sythe for nearly two decades, and that's something that matters tremendously to me. I have an account on plenty of other marketplace forums similar to Sythe that facilitate B/S/T of gaming accounts and currency. When I made my account on his website, I thought I was just doing the same thing in an effort to support a friend. I'm still in shock that this is even happening. I would have NEVER created an account had I of known that I would somehow be implicated for doing something that breaks Sythe’s rules of which I had no part in.

To wrap this up, I'd like to reiterate that I have zero ownership, partnership, or involvement with the creation of TBH's website. I made an account to support a friend, and that was the extent of my actions as it relates to his site. Hopefully now with all of this information this can clear things up, and again thank you for taking the time to read this. I really appreciate it.

- Here are the messages from 4/28 that TBH sent me stating that he wanted to create a platform to allow for safe trading that was a hybrid of the features and ideas he wished existed in a site. Here you can see that he offered to make me an admin if I would join. You can see that he already had all of his ideas for the platform, graphics, structure, etc. planned out.

- After the above conversation, TBH and I exchanged discord messages about other unrelated things (IRL, runescape account builds, etc.). On 5/8, we were discussing the Sythe News promotions and demotions, and he again brought up that he wanted to make me an admin on his website once he could afford to have it developed.

- On 6/11, he PM’ed me a picture of the logo and said he’d had the website created. As seen, he asked me to make an account and said he’d give me admin status if I did.

He never asked me to be a partner or owner, invest or spend any money, or for me to create any rules, threads, posts, images, etc. for the platform. He'd offered to make King an admin as well, and I knew that he was receiving advice from King as seen in the pictures above. I didn't think much of it at the time, but he even referenced that King was helping and advised him to be careful about copying things. I wouldn't have ever imagined that he was going to plagiarize, and I had no clue he did because I wasn’t involved with the site aside from creating my account. I never posted on the site and certainly didn't read through any of the stickies that TBH created.
