30 day upgrades for 6m? Never seen before and he could easily sell the upgrade for 10m. 3 month for 12m? Does it not get fishier than that?

I ran the IP's on both accounts, and they have a static IP match. He started an upgrade shop on June 22 and it didn't look too successful: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1420236

My guess is that he created Juid to post a vouch on his thread, possibly to boost his sales or make himself look trusted. I am giving them both a 90 day self-vouching ban.
