A few Questions.

Hello guys, you might remember me as 'Bl0w Ranq'.
So, i've been banned for scamming, which is completey fair, you don't see me complaining, but i'd like to return to Sythe, and i've got some questions about it.
I've scammed 2 people here, Lillie_Services, for a €20,- Wallie-Card (which was worth 40M).
And i've scammed Dirtycaffe for 50M.
So, Dirtycaffe has been banned himself for scamming, and my question is, if i wan't to return to sythe, do i have to refund him then?
I mean, hes banned himself, and i'm stuck with the question, do i have to pay him before i can return?
Elseway i'll gladly find a way to get 40M, pay back Lillie Services and return to this lovely community.

Yeah, you have to refund him too. After that, go ahead and post a high pardon in the Request a High Pardon section.
