Nerve - Potential Scammer?

Briefly explain the trade: Potential imposter, took my 7m for upgrade and logged off MSN.
How they scammed:^
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Was added by [email protected], and confirmed by him posting on thread apologizing for his internet troubles (We were talking on MSN).

So, I'm not entirely sure whats going on with this guy. He's selling upgrades and I posted my msn on his thread, and got added by someone with the msn of [email protected]. I confirmed it was Nerve because we were talking last night, and his internet kept crashing on him. He posted on the forum about how he couldn't get on MSN, so I assumed the two were connected *See Page 1* http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1153329

So today I get on and go through with the trade. He goes " The mobile number is -" And logs off, has yet to return ~ 30 minutes later, with no post on forums about internet problems. I also check and see he's edited his first post with a *new* yahoo email.

Not sure whats going on, if somebody else is on his account, or he's hiding behind a mask and double dealing.
