Explanation: Has been inactive since November 2015, hasn't gotten a vouch/completed a transaction since October 2014. Suddenly comes back and only bumps firecape service thread. Offers it for significantly less than everyone else, so when I contact him about it he changes his mind and decides to ask me to add a blowpipe to the gear (+2.5m) and pay 5m instead of 3m since I'm 58 def instead of 70, which isn't too unreasonable. But then when the discussion of payment comes up he refuses to go first OR use a MM.

I'm not saying these are all signs of a scamquit, but he went from asking for less than 1m in gear to 3m, and an additional 5m payment which I haggled down to 4m. His refusal to use a MM after not being market active for almost 2 years and asking for a significant chunk of cash, I believe, warrants a TwC for the time being. Don't want to see anyone get scammed by a returning scamquit.

Also as an added note, I placed my account in front of the Fight Caves and gave him the acc info. He then logged in and asked for payment. When he refused to use a MM and ended the deal cold turkey at the thought of a MM, I logged back in and my account was in front of the bank, meaning he tried to access my bank, failed, then asked for payment. Only explanation is he thought I was stupid enough to not have a Bank PIN and tried to check my bank.

That's the only vouch I've been able to find, so the story checks out there for the most part.

While they may have been inactive recently, they've created a reputation for themselves and continued to work on that. Their reason to not use an MM is valid given the trade amount and I don't feel this warrants a TwC.
