Turnedot is scamming me?

Turnedot is scamming me.

Basically i messaged him on MSN, offering to sell my $20 Ultimate Game Card. I told him it could provide 3 months (It does, for $19.99 if you buy all 3 months at once) and we agreed on 30m. Basically we went into the trade, he redeemed one month without my approval, told me i'd only get 20m, and now he says he can't redeem a second month; and i can't either.

In a nutshell, he changed the deal without my acknowledgment, doesn't offer much support, and WON'T pay me what i should've received.

For the majority of the deal, i used meebo on my laptop because it has a fucked up virus and can't use MSN. I switched to my gaming desktop later as you can see by my MSN screenshot. If you want more proof, ask me and i'll try to get it. ALL screens were taken from my desktop though. (Logged on both MSN and Meebo on it.)


(If you want a non-chat log version of the beginning convo, i could possibly get it from my laptop.)

He did pay me 10m for the one month he activated, but he's either 1) screwed up or something, 2) does not know how to redeem more months T_T

I'd like for him to pay me for the rest of the card that i can no longer use if i wanted to.
I'm positive this would be considered a scam..
