Report neaws_Steam for Scamming

Guy added me on skype wanting to buy my account, he linked me a vouch thread and ect. I though what person would really scam over $25 so i went first.
After giving him the steam login info he went offline in skype and would not respond to me.

Different ppl but same IP address's: http://prntscr.com/3yxrrq and the IP i got from when he logged into the account: http://prntscr.com/3yxrzj

Skype resolved him for his IP through skype aswell: http://prntscr.com/3yxu0a

He only scammed me for $25 but i dont want this to happen to other ppl for more money so pls ban him.
