explain : buying at highter price,selling at lower... obvious a loss in the end which means obvious scamm

Selling at 0.25 -> http://www.sythe.org/eoc-runescape-gold-sales/1571353-looking-sell-200m-eoc.html
Obvious buying at 0.29 -> http://www.sythe.org/eoc-runescape-gold-sales/1571480-100m-1m-0-29-all-once-only.html

Enough to say..

Not sufficient for a TWC I'm afraid, there was no confirmation of price discussed and as far as I can see no deal was reached.
