So he have accepted my ToS to pay me 9$ in paypal with "option" Open&Close claim to avoid chargebacks..
When i invite Goku, he startin to talk about some limitations on his account.
Told me that if he open&close claim he will be limited and bullshits like that.
He waste both of mine and Goku's time.. and he has accepted the ToS before.
