Need 2fa removed

I need the 2fa removed from my Sythe account. I recently got the new iphone 12 and can no longer access the authenticator on my old phone that allows me to log in to my forum account. I can provide some quick info proving that my Discord unique ID matches my forum account along with names, paypal, etc. from where I have donated.
