Its obvious the staff had no idea what to do about this. Rather than letting it go they slap me with a TWC since thats the default on anyone who tries to dispute a scam report and fails to do so. I believe that Zinger36 scammed me since he approched me on skype out of the blue (because I had no threads at all offering skilling of any kind) and asked for me to do skilling for him and for me to put money on the account itself to do the skilling and lo and behold the account was broken into and all the money was gone.
