Verified Services

Yeah, we all dislike PowerBot but there are at least *SOME* things we can learn from it, right? One thing there that I really like is Verified Services:

Pretty much what it is is that people with:

are able to apply for a spot in the Verified Sections part. Obviously, on Sythe the second part could be replaced with a certain amount of vouches/services completed and the third would be replaced with Donator status. We don't have to copy them exactly either.

It would be a win-win because:

1) On the consumer's side, it is much easier (nearly 100% chance) to get a legitimate trainer.

2) On the trainer's side, our services would be easier to find resulting in more purchases.

The only downside that could come from this is that it would be harder to start off a skilling service for someone new, but it could be easily solved by offering lower prices.

Any suggestions on this suggestion?
