There was no limit on the number of rolls that can be made in the OP, which the rules specifically state there must be. It's not my fault he didn't add it in, but now that I won he refuses to pay.

The OP stated the first person to roll 420 would win $5. It doesn't say every person that rolls 420 will win $5, so I'm not sure what you're expecting.
