Why you think they are ban evading:

he is a mod in soulsplit and i had seen someone say that he was already banned once on another account and he keeps comming back to the sythe community to check on soulsplit trades i have been banned twice by him on soulsplit lsot 2 maxed extremes many others have lost more than i have to him please ban his account
