I made a purchase of some 07 gold off rs malls and they said my payment is under review we will not refund or give gold

i have had some payments go under review multiple times but they have always been able to refund im not sure what im ment to do by looks of it there livechat agent is happy to keep my money without refunding it (which they can do sites have done it before for me its just hit or miss)

im not sure who they even asre on sythe i just seen it advertised somehwere before and now seems like they just scam?

 

I added them on skype and asked about it and they instantly blocked me
