Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Just wanting to dispute this TWC since as mentioned in the original report post, I got caught up in the middle of a scamming scheme which i was NOT a part of, and I also got tricked into it.

Anything else you wish to say: After the scam went down I was nothing but supportive with the customer and even refunded him 500m out of a B that got lost. No harm was ever meant

No support, there is a lack of effort on this appeal. @DaBeaner You did pay @BackToRS07 500m out of 1b. However, you told them they'd be paid by February 28th then they had to reach out to you and were told to wait a few more days. They waited until March 4th and then they made the report. The 500m is not even the minimum repayment I'd expect from someone who leaked account data resulting in 1B stolen off an account.
