Twc Dispute Section

Support, anything to make the staffs job a little easier.

I've brought the idea up with another administrator and we're leaning away from making another forum. Doing so would break a few of our scripts in place and the current system works pretty well. After all, it hasn't brought up many issues the last few years.

Has anyone with a TWC had trouble finding where to dispute their rank? Has anyone needing to use the system had specific issues with it? If so, we'll definitely take your feedback on board as the scripts can be modified.

 

Could just change the forum name to dispute A Ban/TwC to avoid those problems you listed Nick.

In my honest opinion that's not even needed. As Nick said, nobody has problems finding the right section.

edit: oh well, it wasn't really needed, but it'll nonetheless be easier to find now.

 

Great idea.
But what about the scam reports that lack of evidence but are enough for a TWC? Just move them to the twc section or simply request a twc while being at it anyways?
