    IMO hattez gets the item back and the difference after the price drop. Both parties confirmed it was bought at 150 and it's now showing as ~135. I believe einq saying his bank cancelled the payment and it isn't his doing so I don't think a ban's necessary if einq can agree to pay the difference. Otherwise it may be likely that the payment was cancelled because the item dropped in price.
