Tvain is scammer

hello, i want to tell about scammer calling him self a Tvain but he isin't, his msn is [email protected].
I send him 3$ for a rs pin and he scammed me.
His paypal account is [email protected]

omg. im not an impostor. i didnt saw differences between under and und3r . so how can i know whos paypal acc is [email protected]??
