Tuxedo Ban Dispute

Hi there, I was just wrongly banned by @Brendan due to this post http://www.sythe.org/threads/tuxedo.2034175/

However the reason the original vlsm account was banned is because I requested the ban as I wanted a new name and was told this was the appropriate thing to do by a mod (If you can check VLSM's Pm's you can verify this) I have done nothing wrong and would like an unban please
